If you call us outside of our core hours (Monday to Friday 08.00-18.30) the automated phone message will direct you to call 111. 

The service offered will be an initial assessment by the 111 team, who may ask a nurse to call you back. The nurse will assess your problem and either ask a doctor to make a home visit or ask you to visit the Primary Care Centre in Daventry or Northampton.

In the case of a life threatening medical emergency you should dial 999.

Please note that the phone lines are CLOSED on all Bank Holidays, please call 111 if non life threatening medical advice is needed.
